This website is owned and operated by Our Nail Saloon L.L.C S.O.C, a limited liability company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holding Trade Licence No. 1561753, with its salon located in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

References to “we”, “us” or “the Salon” mean Our Nail Saloon L.L.C S.O.C. References to “you”, “client” or “customer” mean any person browsing this website or receiving our services.

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting a booking, or attending an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Booking & Cancellation Terms and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or book our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking or create an account on this website.
• Clients under 18 years of age may receive services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent at the salon.
• You confirm that all information you provide when booking is accurate, current and complete.

• All bookings are requests and remain subject to confirmation by the Salon based on specialist and time-slot availability.
• Service durations shown online are estimates. Actual treatment time may vary depending on hair length, nail condition, lash density and the condition of previous work.
• Our opening hours are Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Appointments are accepted from 10:00 AM with the last appointment starting at 8:00 PM.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where a client presents a contraindication, infection, allergy risk, or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disrespectful to our team or other clients.

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the salon and may vary based on length, density, product usage and add-on services.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged at the prevailing rate of 5% in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax and its Executive Regulations.
• Where applicable, a service charge is applied and shown separately on your invoice.
• A valid tax invoice showing the invoice number, our VAT registration number, itemised services, VAT amount and total payable is issued for every transaction.
• Payment is due in full at the salon upon completion of your service, by cash, card or approved payment link.
• Prices, promotions and packages may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable is the price confirmed at the time of service.

• Memberships, packages and gift cards are personal to the named holder and are non-transferable unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
• Each membership or package states its included services, validity period and expiry date. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are not extended or refunded except where required by UAE law.
• Gift cards and prepaid packages are not exchangeable for cash.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

• You must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments before your service begins.
• We follow Dubai Municipality and Dubai Health Authority hygiene and sterilisation standards. Tools are sterilised or single-use.
• Aftercare guidance is provided for lash, hair and nail services. Results and longevity depend on following that guidance.
• The Salon is not liable for any adverse reaction arising from information that was withheld or inaccurately reported by the client.
• Please keep personal belongings with you. The Salon accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Misuse of electronic systems may constitute an offence under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes.

All content on this website — including the Our Nail Saloon name, logo, photography, videos, service menus, text and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and social media channels. Client faces or identifying features are only published with the client's consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us and we will remove the relevant content from channels we control.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any service or website use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

We aim to resolve every concern in-salon and immediately. Please raise any issue with our reception team or write to booking@ournail.salon within 3 days of your appointment. If a matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (Consumer Protection).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
