Our Nail Saloon L.L.C S.O.C (Trade Licence No. 1561753), located in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and in our salon.

We handle your personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE regulations.

• Identity and contact details: full name, mobile number, email address and date of birth (optional, used for birthday offers).
• Booking information: services selected, preferred specialist, appointment date and time, and any notes you provide.
• Service and treatment records: services received, aftercare notes and relevant sensitivities or allergies you disclose.
• Transaction information: invoice records, amounts, VAT details, payment method (cash, card or payment link) and outstanding balances.
• Account information: email address and securely hashed authentication credentials if you create a customer login.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected to keep the website secure and functional.

We do not collect full card numbers. Card payments are processed at the salon through licensed payment terminals or providers.

• To confirm, manage, reschedule and deliver your appointments.
• To assign the right specialist and prepare for your treatment safely.
• To issue tax invoices and maintain accounting records as required by UAE tax law.
• To maintain your service history, memberships, packages and gift card balances.

• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax and health authority obligations in the UAE.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of the service contract between us, our legitimate business interests in operating the salon securely, and compliance with our legal obligations under UAE law.

• With our salon team and assigned specialists, strictly on a need-to-know basis to deliver your service.
• With service providers that host our website, database, email and messaging systems under confidentiality obligations.
• With payment processors and our accountants for invoicing, VAT reporting and audit purposes.
• With UAE government authorities, regulators or courts where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Where data is stored or processed outside the UAE, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL.

• Client and treatment records are retained for as long as you remain an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards to support service continuity.
• Invoices, tax records and accounting documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years in line with UAE VAT and commercial record-keeping requirements.
• Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls that restrict client records to authorised staff accounts, role-based permissions in our salon management system, and secure password storage. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in, remember your booking selection, and keep the site secure. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You may clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features such as customer login may then stop working.
